I walked in with no appointment seeking insurance quotes for auto and real estate. Liz Trujillo immediately was able to address my needs without waiting. With 10 years of experience, she was able to answer all of my questions and explain the details of the coverages in a friendly manner. She put together the quotes that I needed and after doing a careful comparison with the current coverage that I had, I was glad to accept her quotes by the next day. I am leaving a different insurance agency (sounds like L-ST) office that I believe had one employee that ran the entire office - she was a very capable person, but when my recent simple change request was ignored, I found out a couple of weeks later that the employee is no longer there and the remaining owner is apparently closing or selling her office without informing me (and I'm surmising, not informing any of her clients). Not only does the office manager of the Craig Romney State Farm office have 20 years of experience, but she has several fully competent employees, like Liz, where I needn't worry about that happening again. I highly recommend getting your insurance needs met from this office - very competitive premium rates (and in some cases, better) for the same coverage compared to other insurance companies, and the reliability of their competence and from character is priceless."
